Job summary

Volare Health, LLC is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for PRN shifts at Umpqua Valley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Roseburg, Oregon. This role calls for flexibility with 12-hour shifts, weekend availability, and 1–2 shifts per week.

You will assess resident needs, develop care plans, supervise CNAs, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while delivering respectful, quality care to residents and families.

Qualifications

• Current, active LPN license in the state of Oregon.
• 1–2 years of licensed nursing experience preferred.
• Skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care (LTC) experience preferred.
• Ability to assess resident needs and provide appropriate nursing interventions.

Responsibilities

• Assessing resident needs and providing appropriate nursing care.
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Supervising CNAs and other care team members in the delivery of nursing services.
• Following all applicable state and federal regulations, facility policies, and standards of nursing practice.
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident health, comfort, and quality of life.
• Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families through compassionate, respectful care.

Schedule: PRN Available

Pay Range: $39.11–$62.15 per hour DOE

Locations: Roseburg, OR at Umpqua Valley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center | Roseburg, OR

PRN Opportunities Available | 1–2 shifts per week required

Weekend availability required: 2 weekend shifts per month
