Job summary

The Lodge at Sandhills Carolina in Pinehurst, NC, seeks a Unit Manager/Unit Coordinator who is motivated and compassionate. We invite an RN or LPN committed to delivering top-quality patient care to join our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility designed for exceptional hospitality and resident well-being.

Responsibilities include coordinating resident care, ensuring assessments meet guidelines, driving quality improvements, and collaborating with the DON and Administrator.

Qualifications

• Must hold current RN or LPN nursing license.
• Long Term Care experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborate directly with Administrator, Director of Nursing Services (DON), and nursing personnel.
• Supervise assigned nursing and clinical staff.

Qualifications:

• Leadership experience in a healthcare setting
• Must have current and valid RN or LPN Nursing License
