Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN or RN in Virginia.
• Minimum of five years of nursing experience required.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a nursing care center, hospital, or other healthcare setting required.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for resident care on the assigned nursing unit.
• Oversee and coordinate resident care to promote the highest functioning.
• Ensure timely and accurate incident reporting.
• Participate in facility committees and programs.
• Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures.
• Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing staff.
• Monitor compliance with care plans and quality standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for resident-centered care.
