Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of VA.
• Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting required.

Responsibilities

• Assume full responsibility for resident care on the assigned nursing unit.
• Oversee and coordinate resident care to promote optimal functioning.
• Ensure timely and accurate incident reporting.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff.
