Complete Care at Fair Lawn Edge in Fair Lawn/Paterson, NJ is seeking a dedicated LPN/RN Unit Manager to join our long‑term care and rehab team. This full-time role oversees a nursing unit, ensures high standards of care, and leads a capable care team on an 8‑hour shift with monthly weekends.

Location: Paterson, NJ; compensation ranges from $85,000 to $95,000 depending on licensure and experience. Required NJ RN/LPN license with a minimum of 2 years as a Unit Manager in long-term care.

Qualifications

• RN/LPN license in NJ is required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Unit Manager in Long-term Care.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Experience with Point Click Care and general computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of licensed nursing staff and support clinical operations.
• Maintain the highest standards of care and compliance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality resident outcomes.
• Manage unit workflow and scheduling to support 8-hour shifts and periodic weekend coverage.
