• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Support infection prevention and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to nursing staff.
• Help maintain a safe, professional, and resident-focused environment.
