Rehabilitation Center of Belmond is seeking a Unit Manager, LPN to lead the assigned unit, supervise clinical staff, and uphold high standards of care. You will guide staff, promote infection prevention, and support admissions and discharges to meet resident needs.

Requirements include an Iowa LPN license, CPR certification, and 2+ years of LPN experience; 5+ years in a leadership role are preferred. This role emphasizes quality care and team collaboration.

Formación

• Must hold an unencumbered State of Iowa LPN license.
• CPR certification is required.
• Two years of LPN experience; five years preferred.
• Experience managing a nursing department or unit is preferred.

As an Unit Manager, LPN you are instrumental in managing operations of your assigned unit. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Rehabilitation Center of Belmond by assisting with supervising the activities of clinical staff on your assigned unit, providing guidance and education to clinical staff, assisting with instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, ensuring established infection prevention practices are maintained, assisting with resident admissions and discharge, and ensuring adequate staffing for our resident's needs. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of care.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Iowa Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN license, C.P.R. Certification, and two (2) years of L.PN experience. Prior experience managing a nursing department or unit and five (5) years of L.PN experience is preferable.
