Rehabilitation Center of Belmond is seeking a Unit Manager, LPN to lead and support a dedicated nursing team in our Belmond facility. You will supervise clinical staff on your unit, guide care practices, and help maintain our high standard of resident care.

The role emphasizes staffing, infection prevention, and a positive facility culture, with opportunities for growth within Legacy Healthcare's network. State of Iowa LPN license and CPR certification are essential.

Formación

• Unencumbered Iowa LPN license, CPR certification, and at least two years of LPN experience.
• Prior experience managing a nursing department or unit is preferred.

As an Unit Manager, LPN you are instrumental in managing operations of your assigned unit. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Rehabilitation Center of Belmond by assisting with supervising the activities of clinical staff on your assigned unit, providing guidance and education to clinical staff, assisting with instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, ensuring established infection prevention practices are maintained, assisting with resident admissions and discharge, and ensuring adequate staffing for our resident’s needs. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of care.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Iowa Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN license, C.P.R. Certification, and two (2) years of L.PN experience. Prior experience managing a nursing department or unit and five (5) years of L.PN experience is preferable.
