You will collaborate with Nursing leadership to ensure adequate coverage, guide staff, and maintain medication management in compliance with policy.

Ideal candidates hold an active LPN license, a current BLS/CPR certification, and at least one year of nurse management experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program and eligible for state licensure.
• Active LPN license in the facility's state.
• Minimum of one year in nurse management or supervisory role.
• Current BLS/CPR certification is required.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure adequate nursing coverage.
• Provide professional guidance and supervision to non‑professional staff.
• Identify training needs and coordinate education with the Nurse Educator.
• Oversee medication management and policy adherence.
• Provide direct patient care alongside unit nurses.
