Job summary

LDRM, a joint venture comprising Lockwood Hills Federal, an Akima company, and DTSV, is seeking a Unit Manager in the Portsmouth, NH area to supervise and develop a high-caliber team. On-site with situational telework, you will provide critical deliverables and performance data to the U.S.

State Department and participate in nationwide calls and briefings. You will lead and mentor Supervisors and staff, ensure staffing and technical proficiency, and collaborate with stakeholders while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; or four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.
• Two (2) years of progressive management experience.
• Four (4) years of analytical or information processing experience in a field that equips the applicant with knowledge to manage analysts.
• Strong verbal and written command of English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel knowledge.
• Experience with NICE Contact Center Interaction Recording Software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise, coach and develop Supervisors, Workload Coordinators and other management staff.
• Hire and manage a technically proficient and professionally capable staff throughout the life of the contract.
• Provide timely deliverables and performance related data to the customer for monitoring and performance measurement.
• Suggest process improvements to improve service delivery and performance.
• Promote innovation, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Resolve problems with minimal disruption to contract activities.
• Participate in conference calls and video conferences with overseas posts and government agencies.
