Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team with a focus on growth and teamwork in a Sub-Acute/Long-Term Care setting. The role requires active RN licensure and 1+ years of nursing experience, preferably in sub-acute or long-term care, with the ability to work the 2:45pm–11:15pm shift.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice.
• 1+ years nursing experience, with prior Sub-Acute or Long-Term Care preferred.
• Associate's degree or higher in Nursing (ASN) required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises nursing staff and others for whom they are administratively or professionally responsible.
• May be required to respond to critical issues on a 24/7 basis.
• Adheres to privacy guidelines regarding residents' protected health information and confidentiality.
• Monitors and ensures compliance with company policies, procedures and state and federal law.

Entry Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing preferred.
• Valid State license.
• One to three years (1-3) years of supervisory experience preferred.
