Job summary

Briarcliff Manor Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing Care in Briarcliff Manor, NY, seeks an experienced RN Unit Manager to join our leadership team. This full-time role offers a salary of $110,000–$120,000 annually and provides daytime shifts with 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM options.

As part of Excelsior Care Group, you will oversee daily nursing operations, mentor staff, and drive quality resident care while ensuring regulatory compliance and managing overtime.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the State of New York.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with facility leadership to oversee daily nursing operations and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth
• Manage staffing levels effectively to ensure high-quality resident care while controlling overtime
• Lead by example, promoting compassionate, resident-centered care
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of nursing staff
