Briarcliff Manor Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing Care in Briarcliff Manor, NY is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to join our leadership team. This role leads nursing operations in a skilled nursing facility and delivers compassionate, patient-centered care.

The ideal candidate holds an active NY RN license, has at least 2 years of leadership in SNF, and can manage staffing, quality initiatives, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New York state.
• Minimum of 2 years leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to motivate and guide teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations and regulatory compliance.
• Provide clinical leadership, staff guidance, and support.
• Manage staffing levels to ensure high-quality resident care and control overtime.
• Lead by example with resident-centered care.
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of nursing staff.
