This full-time position offers a salary range of $95,000 - $105,000 annually. With a focus on strong clinical leadership, you'll coordinate resident care and lead a dedicated nursing staff, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations.

Qualifikationen

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN or RN in Rhode Island.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience required.
• Minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience in healthcare required.

Join our team at Elmhurst Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as a Unit Manager.

Full-time, days (Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 5:00PM)

Range: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 annually

Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the Unit Manager oversees nursing operations on an assigned unit and ensures residents receive comprehensive, person-centered care.

Responsibilities for Unit Manager:

• Assume full responsibility and accountability for resident care on the assigned nursing unit.
• Oversee and coordinate resident care to promote the highest possible level of physical, mental, and psychosocial functioning.
• Ensure timely and accurate incident reporting, with appropriate follow-up and communication to the Administrator and the Director of Nursing.
• Participate in facility committees and programs as directed by the Director of Nursing.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of policies and procedures based on identified clinical and operational needs.
• Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff on the unit.
• Monitor compliance with care plans, regulations, and quality standards to ensure optimal resident outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident-centered care and continuous improvement.

Qualifications for Unit Manager:
