Holiday Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking a Unit Manager to lead nursing operations on an assigned unit and ensure residents receive comprehensive, person-centered care. This full-time role supports a 7-3 weekday schedule and offers daily pay, with a strong emphasis on clinical leadership and quality outcomes.
RN or LPN licensed in Rhode Island with a minimum of five years nursing experience and at least two years of supervisory experience are required; a nursing degree is preferred.
