Holiday Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking a Unit Manager to lead nursing operations on an assigned unit and deliver comprehensive, person-centered care for residents. The facility emphasizes Passion, Respect, and Excellence in a 170-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care setting.

The position is full-time with a 7-3 shift (Monday–Friday). RI RN or LPN license with BLS CPR is required; a nursing degree is preferred and at least five years of nursing experience with supervisory

Qualifikationen

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RI RN or LPN license.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• A nursing degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in a nursing care center, hospital, or other healthcare setting required.

Salary: $79k-$125k annually

Responsibilities for Unit Manager:

• Assume full responsibility and accountability for resident care on the assigned nursing unit.
• Oversee and coordinate resident care to promote the highest possible level of physical, mental, and psychosocial functioning.
• Ensure timely and accurate incident reporting, with appropriate follow-up and communication to the Administrator and the Director of Nursing.
• Participate in facility committees and programs as directed by the Director of Nursing.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of policies and procedures based on identified clinical and operational needs.
• Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff on the unit.
• Monitor compliance with care plans, regulations, and quality standards to ensure optimal resident outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident-centered care and continuous improvement.

Qualifications for Unit Manager:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN or RN in the state of Rhode Island.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• A nursing degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in a nursing care center, hospital, or other healthcare setting required.
