Job summary

Ridgewood Manor is seeking an Nurse Unit Manager to lead our nursing team. The role includes acting as a liaison between the Director of Nursing and staff, guiding department goals, and ensuring compliance with policies and standards of practice. Direct resident care is provided as staffing allows.

• Leadership experience preferred for nursing management role.
