Ridgewood Manor in Maumee, OH seeks an experienced Nurse Unit Manager to supervise nursing staff and coordinate with the Director of Nursing. The role includes developing unit goals, ensuring policy compliance, and providing direct resident care as staffing allows.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Acts as a liaison between the Director of Nursing and the nursing staff.
• Participate in the development and achievemnt of nursing department goals and objectives.
• Assist in the implementation of and monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and standards of practice consistent with corporate and external regulatory guidelines.
• Provide direct resident care as staffing patterns demand.
