HILLSBORO in is seeking a Unit Manager (Healthcare) to partner with the Director of Nursing and keep the unit running smoothly, ensuring excellent resident care.

You will lead day‑to‑day nursing operations, stay compliant and organized, conduct rounds, support staff, and contribute to care plans, assessments, and quality initiatives. You’ll also be a hands‑on resource when needed.

Qualifikationen

• RN preferred (infection control experience).
• LPNs may apply.
• Leadership experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Pay will depend highly on Licensure and experience LPN range $30 and up

RN range $38 and up
