Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum three years of experience working with youth in a residential behavioral health or juvenile justice setting.
• Prior supervisory experience in a similar environment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to meet CBHT training within 9 months.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a housing unit, ensuring cleanliness, safety and youth well‑being.
• Supervise, schedule, and evaluate staff; provide training and corrective guidance as needed.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance and conduct; escalate issues appropriately.
• Oversee youth activities, unit schedules, and structured programming implementation.
• Coordinate with clinical and operational teams to manage youth intake, appointments and discharges.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and facility policies, including security procedures and behavior management systems.
