Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Finance Manager for Grand Canyon University Dining in Phoenix to oversee financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. The role ensures accurate financial reporting, cash flow management, and adherence to GAAP across the unit.

You will partner with on-site leadership to drive financial performance, manage close processes, and provide strategic insights for operational decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive financial experience in AP/AR/payroll and P&L management.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Willingness to work event-based hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cash flow, accounts receivable/payable, fixed assets, and capital expenditures.
• Manage weekly/monthly accounting close for financial accuracy.
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes with senior on-site management.
• Ensure compliance with Aramark policies and regulations; train operations teams on financial acumen.
