Aramark is seeking a Unit Controller to oversee financial operations across the account, driving profitability and operational efficiency. You will manage reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and controls, partnering with leadership to guide strategic decisions.

The role emphasizes strong GAAP adherence, internal controls, and collaboration with operations to strengthen financial acumen and drive cost savings. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required.

Qualificações

• 5+ years progressive financial experience including AP/AR, payroll, and P&L management.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Ability to collaborate with teams on budgeting, cost controls and monthly reporting.
• Adherence to GAAP and internal financial controls.
• Excellent oral and written communication with attention to detail under deadlines.
• Organized, proactive, and capable of process improvement.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with financial modeling.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze financial performance with leadership and communicate key drivers of revenue, expenses and profitability.
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting, including regular planning cycles.
• Prepare and distribute financial reports, variance analyses, and metrics.
• Oversee cash, banking, AR/AP, fixed assets, and capital expenditures.
• Monitor results vs. budget and forecast; identify risks and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with policies, internal controls, and SOX requirements.
• Support audits related to cash, inventory, AP/AR, and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with operations to strengthen financial acumen and adherence to processes.
• Develop financial models and proformas for new business opportunities and renewals.
• Support regional initiatives and perform additional accounting tasks as assigned.
