Aramark is seeking an Operations Finance Manager in Denver to lead forecasting, budgeting, reporting, payroll, and controls while supervising finance and admin staff. The role requires strong Excel skills and experience with financial systems, driving continuous process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will partner with regional finance leadership to ensure compliance and provide insights for operational decisions, reporting to executive leadership and supporting audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Minimum of 5 years in finance with supervision of teams.
• Experience as Controller, Finance Manager, or equivalent operational finance role.

Responsabilités

• Plan, direct, and organize accurate reporting and forecasting of financial information.
• Lead accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, inventory, and expense management.
• Manage month-end close with SOX compliance where applicable.
• Supervise staff through hiring, training, and performance reviews.
• Maintain strong internal controls and drive process improvements.
• Partner with district leadership for financial reviews and strategic decisions.
• Prepare financial information for leadership meetings and audits.
