Job summary

A leading home furnishings retailer in Tempe, Arizona is seeking a Unit Facility Management Manager to oversee all facility management aspects. You will ensure operational safety and efficiency while implementing sustainable solutions. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in a managerial facilities role and proven success in coordinating with external service providers. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial Facilities role.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing and coordinating with external service providers.
  • Experience working with sustainability from a facility management perspective.

Responsibilities

What you’ll be doing day to day
  • Lead all Facility Management (FM) aspects through the unit FM teams, in one or more specific units to optimize the value and efficiency of each property in a sustainable way.
  • Provide a safe and operational environment for the business, co-workers, and customers.
  • Implement property management innovations, digital and technical solutions.
  • Ensure that co-workers, service providers and external partners understand all FM guidelines and initiatives.
  • Manage long term planning, budget estimation, execution, follow up, forecasting and reporting within the FM scope.
  • Implement and evaluate supplier contracts to improve efficiencies, costs, equipment, and quality.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial Facilities role, or similar.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing and coordinating with external service providers.
  • Experience working with sustainability from a facility management perspective.
