What you’ll be doing day to day
- Lead all Facility Management (FM) aspects through the unit FM teams, in one or more specific units to optimize the value and efficiency of each property in a sustainable way.
- Provide a safe and operational environment for the business, co-workers, and customers.
- Implement property management innovations, digital and technical solutions.
- Ensure that co-workers, service providers and external partners understand all FM guidelines and initiatives.
- Manage long term planning, budget estimation, execution, follow up, forecasting and reporting within the FM scope.
- Implement and evaluate supplier contracts to improve efficiencies, costs, equipment, and quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial Facilities role, or similar.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing and coordinating with external service providers.
- Experience working with sustainability from a facility management perspective.
