IKEA is seeking an experienced operations leader to guide and develop the central fulfilment unit, ensuring customer-centric, high-performing store and distribution operations. You will lead budgeting, process implementation, and cross-functional collaboration to drive efficiency and cost optimization.
The role requires a university degree in Economics, Logistics or Supply Chain or related experience, plus several years of managerial and labor-relations acumen.

Lead, steer, plan, support and follow up the operations and the development of the organization within the unit and for a customer-centric and high-performing Store and/or Customer Distribution operations in the assigned unit.
