You will coordinate janitorial work and supervise supervisors and hourly staff, ensuring safety and high customer satisfaction while adhering to SSC standards.

The role requires strong communication, budgeting awareness, and the ability to train and motivate teams.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience in housekeeping or service-related field with high customer/client contact.
• Strong work ethic, intense drive, and initiative for quality and customer service.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills both one‑on‑one and in group situations.
• Ability to engage and motivate staff.
• Understanding of budgeting processes and awareness of profit and loss concepts.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills and an ability to prioritize.
• Excellent time management skills required.
• Ability to work with heavy cleaning equipment.
• Valid driver's license, ensuring safe operation of company vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and conditions.
