Sentara Princess Anne Hospital in Virginia Beach is seeking an RN Unit Coordinator to oversee nursing care on the Med Surg/IMC/Stroke Unit during the night shift. You will provide clinical leadership, promote safety and quality, and help optimize workflow and staff performance.

The role requires a Virginia or compact multi-state RN license, at least 18 months of nursing experience, and a BSN/MSN or RN Doctorate, with BLS to be obtained within 90 days of hire.

RN Unit Coordinators

demonstrate proficiency in nursing practice for assigned specialty area and provides clinical leadership for the delivery of nursing care in a department. Under the direction of the department manager leads safety and quality initiatives, focuses on and simplifies workflow, and contributes to the development of staff. Increase staff satisfaction and promotes excellent (Gold Standard) customer service.

Minimum Requirements:
