Senior LIFE seeks a hardworking, dedicated and compassionate Unit Coordinator to support the centre's clinical staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in medical or office setting preferred.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Clerical support including photocopying, faxing, filing, and answering calls.
• Maintain medical records and protect confidential information.
• Schedule appointments as directed and coordinate clinical schedules.
• Provide up-to-date lists of members needing appointments and evaluations to physicians.
• Update resident schedules and distribute referrals to transportation team.
• Gather forms for upcoming assessments and clinical evaluations.
• Cover receptionist duties as needed.
