Job summary
Senior LIFE is a Medicare and Medicaid funded home and community based program that provides comprehensive healthcare services to seniors living in the community. Senior LIFE staff work to keep seniors at home with open communication and shared decision making while delivering excellent care and services.
The Member Assistant Specialist supports care delivery, mentors Home Health Aides, and coordinates patient visits.
Qualifications
- Must have a valid Driver's License, vehicle and current auto insurance.
- Related experience in the field is required.
- Experience working with the elderly population.
Responsibilities
- Precepting new Home Health Aides to their roles.
- Facilitate new hire competencies and education.
- Home Care Coverage for open visits.
- Helping with participant care in center to include day room coverage and shower assistance.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
