Sodexo is seeking an experienced Unit Controller to oversee the Raleigh Convention Center’s financial operations in Raleigh, NC. You’ll manage reporting, budgeting, and compliance for client accounts, analyze trends, and support audits to guide strategic decisions.

As a hands-on individual contributor, you’ll complete specialized tasks, collaborate with teams when needed, and ensure financial integrity across the unit and district. Strong Excel and Essbase skills are preferred.

Formación

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2 years related experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency required.
• Ability to interpret financial data and present insights to stakeholders.

Join a high-impact finance team where you'll oversee the financial operations of one or more client accounts, ensuring accuracy in reporting, budgeting, and compliance. In this role, you'll analyze trends, support audits, and guide decision-making that drives operational success and client satisfaction.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $64600 - $83600

• Deliver insightful reporting and ad hoc analysis to guide unit and regional leadership

What you’ll bring

• Skillset to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities and priorities with strong organizational skills
• Solid analytical mindset with advanced Excel proficiency; experience with Essbase is a plus
• Verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interpret financial data and present insights to stakeholder
• Capacity to maintain core financial operations while contributing to broader departmental projects and initiatives
• A detail-oriented approach to auditing, reporting, and process improvement within a fast-paced, client-focused environment
