• Must be organized and keep the station clean and tidy.

Responsibilities

• Answer the telephone and relay messages.
• Electronic Health Record documentation as indicated.
• Maintain schedule of patient appointments and transportation.
• Process laboratory, x-ray and other tests and ensure reports are received.
• Maintain inventory of paper and desk supplies.
• Ensure scanning of documents upon discharge.
