Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Computer knowledge required.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a group.
• Scheduling appointments and transportation for residents.
• Distribute ice water to residents, make beds, and answer residents' call lights.
• Report on all accidents and incidents to supervisor promptly.
• Notify changes in resident condition to Charge Nurse or Unit Manager.
• Answer phones as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned by Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, and Administrator.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and arrange transportation for residents.
• Answer phones and assist residents with calls.
• Distribute ice water, help with bed making, and respond to call lights.
• Report accidents and incidents promptly to supervisor.
• Inform Charge Nurse or Unit Manager of any changes in resident condition.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, and Administrator.
