Responsibilities

• Answer phones and route calls as needed.
• Transfer hospital and doctor appointments scheduled by the unit.
• Report accidents and incidents to supervisor promptly.
• Notify Charge Nurse of changes in resident condition.
• Support residents with routine tasks and comfort measures.
