Job summary

Complete Care at Mercerville is seeking a Unit Clerk to support our residents and nursing team. You will handle scheduling, transport coordination, resident comfort tasks, and frontline communication with nurses and administration.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and the ability to work both independently and with a team. Full-time benefits include health/dental/vision and PTO, plus opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Computer knowledge
• Ability to work independently or part of a group
• Scheduling Appointments and transportation for residents
• Pass out ice water to residents, make beds, and answer residents call lights.
• Report on all accidents and incidents you observe as soon as possible.
• Report all changes in the resident’s condition to the Charge Nurse or Unit Manager.
• Answer phones as necessary.
