Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate patient records, including admission, transfer, and discharge documentation.
• Coordinate communication between healthcare providers, patients, and other hospital departments to facilitate smooth operations.
• Schedule patient appointments, tests, and procedures while ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct communications appropriately within the unit.
• Prepare and distribute reports, forms, and correspondence related to patient care and unit activities.
• Assist with inventory management of office and medical supplies to ensure availability and proper stock levels.
• Support clinical staff by organizing patient charts and ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accessible.
