Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain patient records including admissions/discharges.
• Coordinate communication between providers, patients, and departments.
• Schedule appointments, tests, and procedures with proper documentation.
• Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and direct communications within the unit.
• Prepare/distribute reports, forms, and correspondence related to patient care.
• Assist with inventory management of office/medical supplies.
