Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

Prefer experience in an acute care setting.

EDUCATION / LICENSURE:
High School diploma, GED or Higher Education preferred.
Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility.
3. Must possess one of the following:

• * CNA certificate and/or a certificate of completion of a CNA program and/or PCT certificate
• * Medical Assistant certificate and/or a certificate of a MA program
• * Current enrollment in an LVN, ADN or BSN accredited school of nursing with successful
• Completion of first semester at a minimum
• 4. BLS upon hire and remain current thereafter
• 5. De-escalation class within first year of hire as required by site based on specialty unit and job function
• 6. Must be > 18 years of age by the date of hire
