The role of the Supervisor I is to be responsible for the oversight of short-term and long-term monitoring of Medi-Cal managed care plans (MCPs) to ensure compliance with applicable State and federal regulations, contract requirements, and All Plan, Policy, and Dual Plan Letters related to the seniors and persons with disabilities (SPD) population, which includes the Long-Term Care (LTC) and Medicare-Medi-Cal duals population. Oversight of monitoring activities includes, but is not limited to, the creation, implementation, and accountability for monitoring measures and related policy, processes and MCP guidance; data aggregation, tracking, trending and analysis; the training and management of a team of four to five staff to efficiently and effectively carry out data monitoring policy and processes, and lead technical assistance efforts for MCPs as necessary to ensure data quality.

This position is currently eligible for telework.
