Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of banking or similar financial institution experience.
• If no bachelor’s degree, six years of higher education and work experience including at least two years in banking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration of closely held business interests in fiduciary accounts.
• Conduct annual asset reviews analyzing financials, governance, and risks.
• Develop and update valuation estimates using financial data and valuation methods.
• Support corporate actions like sales, purchases, shareholder votes, and proxy requests.
• Assist in administering real estate holdings and life insurance policies.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and legal/external stakeholders to serve clients.
