Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee closely held business assets in fiduciary accounts where the Bank acts as trustee.
• Oversee LLC/LP receipts and asset allocations between trust principal and income.
• Perform regular assessments to ensure proper management per LLC/LP terms.
• Coordinate assets into investment reviews for accounts holding these assets.
• Provide planning, leadership and problem resolution for the team.
• Promote an environment that supports belonging and the M&T Bank brand.
• Maintain internal control standards and address audit/regulatory items.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Exercise usual staffing and performance authority as a manager.
