Fifth Third Bank is seeking an Unique Asset Administration Associate to provide operational and administrative support for the Unique Asset Group. You will handle onboarding, asset maintenance, and related reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The role involves processing transactions, maintaining systems, and coordinating with asset managers, partners, and vendors. Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least three years in relevant financial services or operations.

• Maintains records in trust, accounting, and asset management systems ensuring data integrity.
• Generates reports, monitors activities, tracks deadlines, and flags items for follow-up.
• Maintains asset documentation and coordinates required records and reports.
• Identifies operational issues, discrepancies, and escalates as needed.
• Works with asset managers, operations partners, and vendors to support workflow.
• Follows established procedures and contributes to a controlled operating environment.
• Supports process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Manages multiple responsibilities and deadlines aligning with team priorities.
• Performs other duties as assigned to support the organization.
