Responsibilities

• Operates onboarding, maintenance, servicing and support of unique assets.
• Processes payments, receipts, accounting activity, invoices, and asset-related transactions.
• Maintains records in trust, accounting and asset management systems with data integrity.
• Generates reports, tracks deadlines, and flags items for follow-up.
• Maintains asset documentation and coordinating reports and correspondence.
• Identifies operational issues and escalates concerns as needed.
• Supports asset managers, operations partners, and vendors to ensure workflow.
• Adheres to procedures and contributes to a controlled operating environment.
• Supports process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Manages multiple priorities and deadlines to support team goals.
• Performs other duties as assigned to advance the company mission.
