Responsibilities

• Supervise and train the janitorial staff in the building.
• Designate shift and area work assignments.
• Manage employee relations or performance issues and report to management or HR.
• Inspect the jobsite regularly to identify quality concerns or project work needed.
• Identify and communicate the need for any special project work to management.
• Use floor cleaning equipment as needed (buffer, walk behind, spot-carpet cleaner).
• Respond quickly to customer concerns or complaints.
• Enforce all safety policies and report and investigate accidents.
• Complete training courses as required.
• Clean restrooms, breakrooms, common areas, dust and trash removal.
• Sweep, mop and vacuum.
• Perform advanced floor care as needed.

Summary:

Oversee, train, and direct the janitorial staff on site to ensure that all employees are kept safe, and the customer's quality expectations are met or exceeded. You will also be responsible for participating in daily cleaning tasks as required.

Working Schedule:

• Monday - Friday 5:00PM - 1:30AM

Qualifications:

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to show judgment and to work independently and be able to lead the team.
• High integrity required.
