Job summary

GDI Services Inc US is seeking a dedicated on-site Janitorial Supervisor to oversee, train, and direct the janitorial staff, ensuring safety and that the customer's quality expectations are met or exceeded. You will participate in daily cleaning tasks as required.

Responsibilities include assigning shifts, inspecting the site, addressing HR-related issues, enforcing safety, and performing routine floor care and restroom cleaning to maintain a high-quality environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of janitorial supervisory experience.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to lead the team with good judgment and independence.
• High integrity required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train the work of the janitorial staff in the building.
• Designate shift and area work assignments.
• Manage employee relations or performance issues promptly.
• Inspect the jobsite regularly for quality concerns or needed work.
• Identify and communicate the need for any special project work to management.
• Use floor cleaning equipment as needed (i.e. buffer, walk behind, spot-carpet cleaner).
• Respond quickly and appropriately to all customer concerns or complaints.
• Enforce all safety policies and procedures; immediately report and investigate accidents.
• Complete training courses as required.
• Cleaning restrooms, breakrooms, common areas, dusting and trash removal.
• Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming.
• Advanced floor care work as needed.

Summary:

Working Schedule:

Monday- Friday
