Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Warehouse Operations team member to securely handle, move, and store client records and information in a fast-paced environment. The role includes lifting up to 50 pounds, loading/unloading, and using ladders or pallets with a collaborative team for safe transport.

The position runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with Union benefits, PTO, and competitive compensation. A background check and drug screening are required after offer acceptance.

Qualifications

• Experience with a physical job that involves repetitive motions and lifting.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain confidential records.
• Clear reading and writing skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Execute secure material handling including loading, unloading, moving, weighing, and sorting items to ensure workflow.
• Move boxes up to 50 pounds and use ladders, pallets, and carts safely within a team.
• Ensure compliance with security guidelines and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
