Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience operating building mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of boiler operations, HVAC systems, and building automation.
• EPA Universal Refrigeration Certification preferred; electrical/plumbing certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor boilers, chillers, and HVAC equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections per schedules.
• Maintain logs of readings, maintenance, and repairs.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with external contractors.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local codes.
