Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll for union and non-union employees in US and Canada.
• Process certified payroll.
• Submit union reports and payments accurately and on time.
• Maintain payroll records including deductions, benefits, and tax withholdings.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure compliance with union agreements.
• Prepare reports for union representatives and government agencies.
• Assist audits with documentation and explanations.
