Job summary

Lingo Staffing is seeking a Mold Setter / Die Setter for plastic injection molding with immediate openings in Ohio. This direct-hire, union-friendly role offers $20-$24/hour plus shift differential and benefits.

All shifts available, with overtime opportunities and long-term career growth. Qualified candidates have 2+ years of mold setting experience, proficiency with injection molding machines, and are capable of operating tow motors and overhead cranes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of mold setting experience in plastic injection molding.
• Experience operating injection molding machines.
• Knowledge of robots and auxiliary equipment is a plus.
• Ability to safely operate a tow motor and overhead crane.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and change molds on plastic injection molding machines.
• Connect water, hydraulic, air, and auxiliary equipment.
• Process start-ups and troubleshoot molding issues.
• Perform mold changes safely using overhead cranes and tow motors.
• Assist with minor mold maintenance and machine adjustments.
• Work closely with production to ensure quality and efficient operation.
