Job summary

Kreate, a family-owned plastic injection molding company in Findlay, OH, is hiring hourly associates. The role requires working 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule with every other weekend off. Starting pay is $20 per hour, with increases every 6 months based on performance.

Reliable transportation and strong attendance are essential. As an hourly associate, you’ll operate injection molding machines to produce quality products for major retailers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform repetitive work in a fast-paced environment (standing for long periods).
• Basic math skills required.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a team.
• Must be able to lift heavy boxes regularly.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines to produce quality products per standards.
• Inspect items and sort visually to ensure defect-free output.
• Prepare product via deburring and cleaning per specifications.
• Inspect and pack product according to standard.
• Maintain work area and equipment, keeping it clean and organized.
• Provide accurate production reporting and scrap counts at end of shift.
• Communicate important information with the previous shift and team leaders.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
