Responsibilities

• Prepare necessary paperwork, package parts, and use the correct shipping methods to ship parts to customers.
• Check the current delivery schedule and ship parts to meet customer requirements.
• Assemble packing lists and required documentation for shipments.
• Package parts appropriately to prevent damage during shipment.
• Arrange shipping methods as necessary and maintain records of all parts going to/from the racks.
• Transport products and materials throughout the facility using forklifts and push carts.
• Count, weigh, and record the number of material units handled, perform cycle counts, and assist in physical inventory assessments.
• Load picked orders onto trailers according to specifications and sequence, completing appropriate paperwork.
• Unload, move, stack, and stage customer products and materials, keeping accurate records.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs, with the ability to reach, bend, and twist.

Location: Champlin, Minnesota (with potential relocation to Dayton, MN)

Job Summary: As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for tracking, storing, and staging products and raw materials, transporting them throughout the facility efficiently to meet production needs. Your role will involve packaging parts appropriately and ensuring they are shipped correctly and on time.

Shift Options: First Shift: Monday to Friday, options include:

• 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Alternative Shift Option: Monday to Thursday from 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare necessary paperwork, package parts, and use the correct shipping methods to ship parts to customers.

• Unload, move, stack, and stage customer products and materials, keeping accurate records.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs, with the ability to carry objects and perform dynamic activities, including reaching, stretching, bending, and twisting.
